I'm in the Nashville area, Old Hickory to be exact. Ride just about every weekend we get a chance. We usually ride with several other riders we know, some on sport bikes, some on cruisers. Last monday we rode about 250 miles, 180 miles of back roads, from Old hickory to Tullahoma, Lynchburg, Lewisburg, then to Pulaski, and then home. Good ride. Bikes were a Busa, cbr600rr, older FZR (basket case revival) CBR929RR, and an SV650S. We had a blast, your welcome to email me anytime, we are a pretty friendly bunch.

Ride planned for next weekend, similar to the last post, planned start is in Murfreesboro, and will probably cover around 250 miles of backroads, you can split off anytime you like, have several in the group that can lead well, ride at your own pace, no planned stops really, we just go till around noon or 1ish, find a place to land and eat, then go back out again. Great group to ride with, with all sorts of different bikes and philosophies...but the big thing is, we are all in it to have fun...and we do that well Also, the weekend of october 25th, the local Cycle Gear in Nashville off of Myatt drive is having a huge sale, if your in need of tires for your twistie machine, Pirelli diablo's will be on sale for 169.99 a SET! Front and Rear! thats for a 170 rear, and front tire, 190 rear will be 189.99 Thats nearly getting the front tire for free, and Diablo's are one of the best tires out there. Metzlers will be on sale at 20% off, as well as Michelin's, They'll also be homecooked barbecue, some of the best you'll ever taste..(good buddy of mine is cooking it up.) No, I don't work for for cycle gear, but one of my bud's is the manager..if you live in the area, come help out the economy, grab some free food and some other goodies, and spend a little money
Btw, had a track day here in Nashville the weekend of the 4th and 5th..had a great turnout with more than 200 riders and their bikes going at the course. It was a great time, I'll post a few pictures once I get it figured out.
