thats bull dude i wouldnt give them any more money. in fact i would go back in there on monday and tell them that i want my money back and a new chain since they messed up the one that you took in there for them to put on.

yeah i know it stinks but i just know now not to take my bike back there. and as far as parts go i will be ordering them online from now on. and the masterlink is going to have to be on the house this time

shipped this morning. i went ahead and insured the package for the purchase price even though we didn't discuss it but i thought better safe than sorry. they told me they will be there by friday, saturday at the latest
