No pics show up Spirit but I used a longer bolt and attached the wire on top of the reg where the bolt goes thru

but shouldnt the wire be against the frame? well as long as it will work on top where the bolt goes thru i'll change it. i did use a longer bolt on the bottom hole, so do you think it will work?

OK the voltage regulator MUST sit flat against the plate its bolted to!! WHY? Becasue the bottom of the regulator is metal and the metal on metal contact helps disipate heat out through the plate and into the framing of the tailsection. So you need to bolt that wire somewers' else and bolt that rectifier flat!!

ok guys, this f*cking bike is killig me. i took it to work today, it drove fine but when i got to the traffic light close to work it conked out (son of a b*tch) so jumped it no problem. well it sat all day (12) hours so after work natrally the battery was dead so i jumped it again and then took the highway home but soonas i got off the highway and i came to a light the F-ING THING STALLED OUT AGAIN & this time it would'nt take a jump SSSOOOO!! i pushed this F-er 3 miles up hill, when i got to the top of the hill i coasted down to the bottom near my house and poped it into gear and the S.O.B started (very rough) so then i go to drive it accross the street to my house WTF..
so now i'm ready to swap out some parts from my other bike, so what should i switch out to fix this dam thing???????

i'm going to take it off my other cbr 900rr & if that don't work i'll take the stator to. thanks. my f*cking legs and arms are killing me from my walk today, thoes hills suck.
