So I've been finally running good lately with my RR and now I keep hearing like a vibrating sound at about 5500 rpm, below 5k or above 6k it goes away. Had been doing this before and I noticed while fixing something else that one of my plug wires had popped off and after pushing it back on the plug the noise went away and the engine ran cooler, which was real nice. Ran great for about a week, no sound, but now it's back! Checked the plug wires again and they are all on tight but it's still like a vibrating, rattling sound at 5500 rpm, and when the bike gets warmed up and I've been riding for about 30min it seems to make the sound at idle, 1500 rpm. I checked all the stuff around the front of the bike, wires & such, and nothing seems to be vibrating, I've got everything tied up pretty good. This noise is actually loud enough that I hear it over the exhaust when riding and sounds almost like a loose screw rattling around, but again it goes away when reved up higher. Something internal in the engine? coming from the front of the bike

That is most probably the issue, as I have also replaced mine, but check for snugness in the frame slider/motor mount on both sides (if you have them). If you don't have them check and see if all of the upper motor mounts are tightened up snug and you aren't getting a rattling washer or some unwanted vibration from the motor. Anyhow you should check all of that while you are in there changing out your CCT Lifter.
