I cant really tell ,its dead center it sounds like. The noise isnt the thing that bothers me. Its that i cant start it after it is around 200degrees. Like if i ride to the gas station and its hot out and the bike is about 200degrees when i turn it off. I have to wait FOREVERRRR to turn it back on. Its very frustrating . what do i need to replace guys .... i dont care at this point haha

Have you done the steps I asked you? Holding WFO while cranking, it wont have enough vacuum to draw fuel, and will get plenty of air, if the idle is too rich that will make starting much easier. If you just want to throw parts at it, you dont need anyones advice from here, start with the carbs, then coils, then all your sensors, then the whole engine, then the whole bike, then.........

The clunks you are hearing are probably a very low, rough idle, causing all the tranny and gears to jerk back and forth, probably alot more noticeable with the clutch out. All caused by a too rich idle.
