so i might hit the track this summer on the 600 F4i. i got sold at a bike show its about 800 for the first course including bike rental and gear. im going to race at calabogie. my wife wants me to get rid of the 929 and buy a more comfortable 2 up bike and then i can race the F4. i dont know what to do LoL. i dont want to race the 929. and the F4 needs some fiberglass and returned to stock height and its damn near ready for the track.

this is my current list.
1 piece suit 1200
boots 200
gloves 100.
rear tail 200
solo seat ?
rearset 3-500 (might GP shift it)
fiberglass and paint.

if you think of what a befinner might need add to the list!!

You can get the suits for a lot less money, but, if you already have one, so much the better..check the net, the wife found some "ok" suits for abotu 300 bcks.

Also, if you gonna take it to the track, I woldn't worry about paint an fiberglass, its going to get scratched up at the least, save the money. or, buy a Sharkskinz for the track, and use the fairing your planning on repairing when your not at the track. Fairings usually don't take very long to swap out. (half an hour? maybe?)

that would be great. and i planned on buying an entore new body for it for the street, so i figured i would just fiberglass in the headlight and tail light holes on the broken ones, and hit it with some spray bomb LoL. i wish i got to pick my number, but apparently when you sign up you are issued one (once you pass and get your race license anyways)
