I am from St. Louis but I live in South korea at the moment. Man you can get away with alot of stuff here you can't do in the states. I pass a police car at top speed and nothing. They just sit there. One time I picked my bike up from the shop and did not have a license plate mounted. Two South Korean bike cops road up on me, look over at me ( maybe because of my loud custom exhaust) look back and just rode off. The only thing I don't like about south korea is that the insurance company will not give you full coverage on any motorcycle. So if you wreck you bike its not covered.

I lived in St Louis about a year in Ascalon (or a little unincorporated spot between Maryland Heights and Overland). Live now in Southern Illinois.
