yeah, thats all im trying to convey, i mean its a brilliant design but i dont have any use for one, i dont run from the cops, and i very rarely hooligan to the point where im worried someones gonna call in my plates...

It is a pretty Macgyver gadget. Guy put a lot of time into making it. For that he gets an A for effort, but usefulness is another story all together. I am sure that will get you bike confiscated in a couple different scenarios, and might even net you some jail time and some fines to boot
