+1 for the mil. issued combat boots...
they will do until i find a sweet set of riding boots. nice thick leather , and free to me haha.  its just nice having that piece of mind if anything happens.

Damn, I wear tennis shoes when I ride, now I think I need to get some boots. I don't care if I can't afford it. I know that I can't afford to injury my feet more!

yeah you can buy riding boots you cant buy new feet. well you can but which one is realisticly affordable?

yeah it may not seem like a lot but some people (like me) have the money but are to cheap to pay any exorbitant amount of money for a pair of boots.
