wheelies spinning out
So i recently just took my bike up to a different part of town and it was really hard to do wheelies because my wheel kept spinning out. I coudlnt even get off the ground! The roads were clear and stuff, why do you think this was?

is the back tire spinning or is it jus reving and not coming up. it could be the clutches slipping if the tires not burnin when you drop the clutch. if the tire is spinning then it might be that the tire is getting old and hard. how old is your rear tire?

Yeah, the tire is spinning. When i let out the clutch i fish tail a little bit. The tire is brand new, wel maybe not. I bought the bike a couple weeks ago and it was brand new but its an 05' so the same tire has been on there for 2 years. Maybe thats the problem... ya think?

check the tire pressure and slow down on the rpms a little. you should run it at 25 psi for more contact on the ground and not give up the rideabilty of the tire. If your looking to play with wheelies only, drop that pressure to 20 psi.

by the way it's not your tire. I have a beater bike 94 FZR 1000 this thing is a tank compared to the 929. it has old dunlops with about 4k miles on em and I can clutch it up in first and second.
