turn signal problem
Watsup guys..I have a problem on my 01 cbr600 f4i where the running lights work but when I signal left..the left front running light bulb goes out and the left rear starts blinking fast. When I turn the signal off, the left front running light illuminates again. I only have this problem on the left side. I replaced the bulbs, cleaned the sockets, checked fuses, etc still no luck. Was wondering if anybody had a problem like this or any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

did u replace it with the exact same type of bulb? try switching the known good bulb from the other side and see if its the bulb you used...if the problem follows to the other side its the new bulb, if it still blinks fast with the known good bulb from the other signal you'll know its the wiring..

its the wrong bulb, you got a running light bulb and not a "turn" signal bulb..I'm sure of it. If you didn't mess with the wiring, its the only logical solution. Good luck!

I'd also verify the bulb. It should be a dual filament, 12 Volt 23/8W. If it's a single filament, it will do exactly what you described.
