best bet would be to download or find a repair manual online and use the wiring diagrams in there

X2 ^ best bet! wiring is kinda a hard thing to explain over a post and would involve ALOT of pics lol. why exactly are you digging into wiring anyways the harness is plug and play, are you installing HID's? or just repairing damage?

I believe that is just a 20 amp SPST relay, the Green and White wires go to the relay coil, the Blue and Black/Red to the relay switch. You should be able to get one at any Auto parts store. Just make sure it has 4 poles (2 for relay coil and 2 for the switch relay). Of course, a non-Honda one will require you to do a little wire modifications for it to connect.

Sorry, no idea on that one. Are you sure it is gone? It attaches to the wiring harness at the front, small, only about an 1" across, should say "OMRON G8MS-H68 12V 20A" on it. It's used on a gazillion Hondas, so a shop might have one in stock if you do need one. Here's a couple of pictures.

(Luckily, my bike happens to be in the living room with all the plastics off so it was easy to get to).
