this weekend i replaced both my tires. I was showin belt on the rear and had a bald strip left of center on the front. I had michelin pilot sport HPX on front and rear. I am now running Pilot power 2ct on rear and bridgestone x?x on front. I didn't want to mix and match but i was in a pinch and they didnt have a big selection. I'll let you know how it works out for me. I rode it a little this weekend and i did notice that they seemed a little quieter. I'll also find out the name of the front tire.

ahhh.... welcome to the wonderful world of Metzler.Pirelli owns metzler. So you are basically getting a Pirelli at a discount.

Sorry but Bridgestones are old and out dated. And simply dont posses the capabilities needed for a modern sportbike.

Just got back from riding up to highlands, nc and the new M3 rear tire handled great, even better than my old power race. Seems to grip a lot better too.

I like how some cagers that are familiar with the area will pull over or wave at you too pass then you have jackasses that ride their brakes even up the mountain and wont pull over. Well i encountered two cars and a little straight away and a blind hill i didn't see. Went to pass and "hello black beamer" had to straddle the double yellow line as i was passing him.
