Default weird noise after warm up

iv noticed lately that my bike is makining a weird noise coming from the front motor area and the radiator. well the other morning when i got on to go to work i noticed it wasnt making the noise, well about the time i said that i heard it again, but iv noticed it happens when the temp gauge comes on and it says between 97-99 degrees is when it starts makin this noise and it does it everytime the bike is cold and heats up. Could this be a water pump issue?
