Default Please Help- 1998 CBR F3 wont hold charge

Hello all, I am new to this site, I reside out here in New Jersey. I have a 1998 cbr 600 F3, great condition, great bike. Out of nowhere the bike died 2 weeks ago. Took it apart, got the batt out and recharged it, put it back in started up no prob. The next day I go out and its dead. Me, not being a mechanic by any means, figured it was a dead battery, only had the bike 2 years didnt know how new the batt was. So I purchased a new one on Sat, charged it, rode for 4 hours, stopping every now and then. Got back to Belmar and went to stop by my girls work to say hi. Turned the bike off for 3 MINUTES, when I went to start and go home, it was dead. After 4 hours of riding and turning the bike on and off all day and leaving it off for almost an hour at one point, it just died like that after 3 min. Im confused. I dont know much about this stuff, im guessing the easy stuff first? Fuses, shorts ect. Can anyone help please. I am lost and in dyer need. Thank you.

i just got rid of my 98 f3 for the same problem your having, check the 30 amp fuse right next to the frame under the gas tank, check the regulator (it might not be charging the battery right), and the worst of the worst it could be the stater inside the engine. the stater likes to intermit problems on this model F3 dont have a clue y though.
