Default Gas tank problem

Just got a 96 F3 tank cuz mine off my F2 had a HUGE dent in it. My problem is, i went to put the new tank on and there was only a hook up for one hose from the tank to the fuel line. On my F2 tank there are two hook ups from the tank, one to the fuel line and one that looks like it goes straight to the cylinder. Does anyone have any idea what this is about??

im not real sure but i think that the line that goes from the tank to the cylinder is a vacuum line for the tank.

Well, you can just change out the piece on the F3 tank with one (hookup) with the piece from your F2 tank that has the two (hookups), they are compatible

It might be a fuel return line? I would find a manul just to make sure what it does. Vacume line doesn't sound right maybe breather line.
