Here's the rear sets, as you can see I just used a couple pieces of 1/4" x 1" flat steel to make the relocators. The trickest piece is the extension on the shift rod which you can see in the one pic. That is just a piece of steel brake line tubing brazed in the middle of the two cut halves of the stock shift rod.





Here's the final iteration of my exhaust (at least till I get any more bright ideas) :
