Default head gasket leaking oil

My head gasket is leaking oil on the whole exhaust side. I have a 91 honda cbr f2 35k on it. I have tried a new head gasket twice it still leaks. The head has no warpage at all machine shop checked it out the deck of the block is fine too. I have the bolts torque to 38ft lbs the hanes book says 35. Only thing is i remmeber when i took the head off a washer fell off from that side but there is no spot for a washer at all. The oil is leaking between the head gasket and the head.... Any thoughts. help really appreciated

Ive used silicon when I redid my heads on my car, and Ive had no problems. And that was about 40,000 miles ago.

i;ve done many on cars but this kind of head gasket for a bike is a 3 piece metal. But i tried the old one just to see.. it leaked worse... only thing i noticed is the dowwel that holds the head gasket in... on my head it was not all the way pushed in... wondering if that would help but dont see how.. just wanting hope u know... 35k and was still ripping gsx-r's
