Pain In The Ass

anyways, fiddles with it, and i get spark on all four now, so I reoved the carbs and I am giving them the bath of their lifetime. hopefully it works... I want to ride this thing!!!

dunno, I unbolted it checked for any problems rebolted it and checked and it worked. I gave all the connection i could see a firm push together and she was fine. so I dunno, lol

ok now I got it running but it runs REALLY rough. I think its my pilot screw adjustment. I followed some "I think it is" advice and it runs pretty rough.

also I dont have a tailpipe on it now, is it going to be bad for the valves for me to run it this way for a week or two? or not?

Where are you at on your pilot screws? I did mine a couple of weeks ago, and they were at 1/2 turn out from the factory, now they are at 1 full turn out and it runs great.

I got a tip to run it three turns out, and then I just "eyeballed" it out another 1/2 turn and it runs nearly perfect. I dont know what factory was...
