The bike sounds awesome cant wait for track day season.

It runs from the bottom of the bottle, up the left side of the bike (sitting on it), around the airbox/carbs, and then is clamped on a nipple below the "radiator" cap. So it basically runs from the filler neck under the fuel tank by the steering head down to the "water expansion" bottle. Here are a couple of diagrams from the shop manual on the 87-90 CBR600F. I have highlighted the description and arrow in red. It is number 18 in the first one, number 3 in the second one and number 9 in the last one. I think this is what you are referring to. There is also another hose that is connected to the top of the bottle that I believe just hangs down and acts as a vent for excess pressure. Hope this helps.

Here is a pic of the other hose. I tried to circle it.

I hoped that was enough. I thought about going out to the garage with the camera and take the bike apart and shoot some pics and video. Need something to do until the doc lets me go back to work besides sit on my rump and watch TV. LOL

Surely I'll be up full speed by June. I'm riding as weather permits now. Just have this gawdy "ski boot" (aircast, walking boot) on my right foot/lower leg. Can't be too aggressive because of the lack of mobility this allows on the right ankle. I can still ride fine and operate the rear brake, but just don't have the "feel" on the right peg that I would like for sporty riding. I go back to the doc this Friday, hopefully he'll get me back in a regular shoe and back to normal.
