Default Lowering a Hurricane?

Anyone know if there are any lowing links on the market for a Hurricane? Or if any later models will work. My wife can't get good footing sitting in the saddle and doesn't feel comfortable enough to ride it. Maybe that's a good thing? Dunno, but any info would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, almost forgot! Got the old girl to lift her front wheel a couple of weeks back. Nothing sustainable, just a few inches for a couple of seconds. Tried clutching it in second and tried rolling off the throttle at low revs in first, then hammering it. Same result either way. Maybe it's for the best. With a little practice, maybe she'll do something a little more.
