Default Oil Pan

k so i went to change my oil today and my oil pan cracked, the bolt must have seized or something but yeah oil started coming out before it was loose and sure enough, the fucker cracked, and good. damn near broke the corner of the pan off... fuck. so im wondering can this shit be welded? and if not does anyone have an oil pan for a 600F hurricane theyd get rid of or sell me? this shit sucks major balls

nah, checked it out and the threads are boned, as well as a few other things like the crack goes right through the drain plug hole, so its seperated a bit. its no biggie at all, these are the kinds of things i like to break cause theyre easy to fix, you can see the problem and then fix it. getting a buddy to weld it up, then taking it to my brothers shop and putting a heli-coil and a new drain plug in it, itll be good as gold. like new even, so no worries. picked up my chop project today too so im good to go for a few weeks of workin on bikez... love it! cant wait to get started

Heli-coil's are awsome, my buddy cracked his head when installing a new header on his bike. That was probably 2500 miles ago, and its still holing up pretty good.

heli-coils are the shit man. anyone with anything aluminum should love heli-coils.
