I saw one in person for the first time today. I have gawked at so many pictures on the net i had a pretty darn good idea of what to expect.
the front on view is very nice and the exhaust is better looking in person than in the pictures. The tail section looked smaller in person than in the pictures.
the dash is fancier then the 04 and is still layed out very well. I dig the machined top triple, overall the bike is really nice. i would ideally like a hydraulic slipper clutch (Buell 1125R) over the cable slipper but im sure its cable to keep production costs lower.
i saw the yellow/black (my least favorite) i was hopeing to see the flagship red. the swingarm is way more beefed up compaired to my 04's. just sitting on the bike it felt pretty similar to the 04'. i cant say it stirred my emotions enough to even consider selling an 04-07 for one, but i am sure it has notable race track advantages over the old models
