'06 1000RR Oil Change ?'s

Hello all,

Newbie here to the site, so please bear with me... I did a bit or searching on the matter, but have seen no clear-cut response as to what is recommened by others on this site with regard to an oil/filter change. In looking through the bike's manual I see they recommend the following oil:

"Pro Honda GN4 4-Stroke oil" at SAE 10W-30 weight

I just wanted to get a few more opinions as to the best filter / oil combination to use. I have seen a number of members like the Mobil M1-110 filter, but many have listed oils with varying weights. Any advice is much appreciated.
