Launching on the street ain't nothing like launching at the track. That VHT on the line is some wicked stuff. It will literally try to take your shoes off. My first launch at the track, I launched like I would on the street, and the nose of the bike shot skyward, and I puckered up big time. Bet i looked like a real goof out there. I quickly began learning the art of slipping the clutch. Still not mastered it yet. Good luck guys, and 929, bring that bad boy up to Bowling Green and run the 1/4 at Beech Bend sometime.
