I think this would be better answered here with alittle more traffic, pertaining to your question.

But whats wrong with what sokanxx suggested. Bring it up in 2nd and click up to 3rd? I will look around and see if there is a bigger sprocket than a 64 tooth for your bike. BTW have you changed the front sprocket??? Go a tooth lower if not!!
