I run -1, +2 on my F3, and I love it!!!! You definately dont have to worry about accidental wheelies, but she tears out of corners with new vigor with that setup. She will pick the front tire up just alittle bit in first under power and pick the tire up alittle when I click it into second, but I just stay in it.

DO IT you wont regret it!!
