get another one, for sure. cooked electronics lead to electrical fires, trust me. replace it, and move on. youll likely have to replace it a few times in the bikes lifetime, thats the nature of motorcycle electronics, very minimalistic, only as much as anything needs, which can lead to stressing the system, ergo parts burn out. keep changing em, they shouldnt go out too often, most of the time factory parts have just a little defect or something like that which makes them weaker.
