I usually clean and lube my chain about every 300 miles...Honda reccomends every 200 but that seems a little to often for me, The other day I had the bright Idea to wet a rag wjth my Turtle Wax bug and Tar remover. That stuff works like a charm!! All grease and grime came off with almost no effort!! Looks as good as brand new!!

Might seem kinda menial I guess but hope it saves you some effort and time!!

Also I use Chain Wax...seems to penetrate and stick pretty good...anyone use anything different??
