Honda would probably have a problem working on it if it had anything to do with the cam gears. Because if you took it out and it messed up then they would have to assume responsibility for it. As far as maintenance, I.E oil changes, valve adjustments, clutch/tranny replacement. I don't see where they would have a problem with doing that. Just go for something that is stock and the motor has'nt been modified. That's your best bet from a reliability aspect. They are already plenty of bike to handle from the factory. You will reach your limits wayyyy before the bike does.
