I'd feel the CBR is worth around 2300 to 2600.....if it hasn't been dropped and has a proven maintenance history. The mileage is what makes the value go down on it. Your bike on the other hand is nearly new and has low mileage. From the research I did, your bike is worth about 4K to 4500, depending on it's condition.

I haven't see the bike in person, but I'd bet it would be safe to say a good trade would be the bike and at least 1K. Make damn sure your not getting the shaft on this one. Go over that bike with a fine tooth comb.
