1500 is a little steep for a bike that has sat for 11 years in my opinion. Its probably going to need new tires, the brakes might need to be replaced if the brake fluid dried up. Depending on how the bike is stored will then decide what needs to be done after that

Personally I would see if it would start, I would pull the tank off, spray some carb cleaner in the carbs, pour a little kerosene in the cylinders the night before in case theres rust on the rings, run a remote fuel tank (any gas in there now is probably varnish), replace the oil and filter, and hope she starts
