update:

went ahead and bought the Scorpio SR-i900, I figured drop the cash on it now and save it down the road. got the perimeter sensor, batterybackup and anti-hijack/ignition disable too. installation with the honda harness was a snap, no cutting any wires. ran into some trouble because I have aftermarket turn signals, didn't need to cut anything it just took a couple tries to get it right. the ignition disable gave me the most trouble, after getting the tank off and splicing into the ground wire of the fuel pump, found out the ignition disable wouldn't do shit. called them up, and found out that honda decided to be fucking dumbasses and make the ground wire on the CBR fuel pumps the solid brown wire, not the green as it should be. I am not sure what models are affected, mine is an 04 F4i, but figured I might pass it along. Other than that, the thing is amazing, LOUD, and adjustable sensitivity settings work great. I'd recommend it to anyone :-D
