And what would happen if that vibration was to get out of control? The vibration would escalate eventually turning into a tank slapper. I'm in no way positive that it would infact cause one. I was just thinkin that if there was vibration that the possibility of a slapper would exist.

I'm talking side to side vibrations. There's a thing called resonance that could easily cause a very subtle vibration to get out of hand. Although, the possibilitys would be very slim, I think there might be a chance of it. Especially at a high rate of speed where other factors might play a role.
